Location near anywhere in the French quarter. For tea or coffee visit Backatown Coffee Parlour nearby. Great breakfast option with also a waffle machine, pastries plus cheese.

Fairly clean, quirky hotel with top-class staff and functional rooms. Amazing and fantastic location - next to a massive park. Found in a great quiet part of the town.

Luxurious and fairly clean place to stay in, it has very attentive and knowledgeable staff from check-in to check-out. The rooms are decent size, the bed is comfy. The great onsite bar serves good drinks. This is a hotel go-to for New Orleans!

I greatly enjoyed the hotel, its a decent size room and competent staff. Also, location was good, relatively near a historic park. There was a good restaurant not very far from the venue.

Everything was nice at this trendy boutique hotel. The property was placed in the central location in the neighborhood behind. Greatly enjoyed that it was set near bars, the French quarter closest bars and galleries, and New Orleans. It was as expected, had a just perfect stay fOR $ 155 An NIGHT.

Continental breakfast with coffee on the go, I loved it.

I loved the breakfast, the food was good. The room itself was well-equipped here with coffee, TV and 2 queen beds.

The hotel was clean with extremely helpful staff from check-in to check-out. The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice - ease of access to a brilliant museum. The property itself was in a very nice area, short walk to other tourist attractions and hop off bus stop and Bourban Street.

Everything was perfect, the service was excellent. The room I booked was could be upgraded in the bathroom and available with air conditioning and TV was located, for example. The location was favourable, not very far from an Esplanade avenue. I had amazing days staying at this boutique hotel.

The rooms brand-new, functional with the classic New Orleans balcony overlooking the streetcar line as well as fire place. Great food selection.

The exterior of the hotel was well-maintained and had a traditional charm. The pool area was great, with plenty of sun loungers. I loved the cobbled courtyard area with tables and chairs. The location was perfect, with a short 10-15 minute walk to Bourbon Street and Frenchmen Street. The street car stop and cab stand right outside the hotel were incredibly convenient. The majority of the staff were pleasant, especially the man who checked us in and accommodated our room request.

Old-fashioned room but with charm (tiles, decoration...). Very well located close to the French Quarter... Accommodating staff: we wished to shorten our stay (because of the Coronavirus crisis) and we were able to cancel our last nights at no charge. Large and pleasant courtyard where we could have breakfast.

Impossible to evaluate the breakfast since the hotel did not offer any (because of the Coronavirus crisis). The isolation is not optimal and one can easily hear one's neighbors!!!. No equipment in the room (fridge, kettle, coffee maker...). Room a little dark (little light...).

The hotel was luxurious, and we got a reasonably large room. Booked a room with a full kitchen. The entire staff was knowledgeable. Location: the property was close to great restaurants, the French market, Bourban st, Cafe DuMonde Jackson Square, and the Aquarium and the Insectarium. Meals were great, and there was Effervescence near the hotel.
